I've paid for a Dropbox subscription, but my space remained 2GB.
Hi, why does my storage still showing 2gb instead of 2TB? ive bought the plan and the payment is successful. Would appreciate the help, thanks :)

Hey coldair, happy Monday!
I was able to locate the ticket number my colleague opened for you.
It seems you've successfully replied back to Nancy. She'll start working on the case as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.

Hey andhika, let me jump in here!
Do you see a transaction on this page on your account?
Also, did you upgrade directly via the site, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
