I've paid for Plus but it's not showing on my account
Hi there
I've been a Plus member for years and been paying GBP 9.99 through Apple and the last payment being made on 26 July
I've got the invoices and its been debiting off my card
In between i took the offer to upgrade and then requested to cancel the upgrade and i was given a refund back
But since then DBox is charging me £8.99 but its not put me back to my Plus package which i was on and instead on my Basic account!
Please can someone help me as - i'm unable to get support as it keeps saying i need to be a paid account?!

Let's get a support ticket open so one of our agents can help you directly.
To do this, right click the following link, and choose open in Incognito, or Private:
https://www.dropbox.com/support
Don't sign into the account, instead, check the buttons below the sign in option, and you will see a link for "Need help with a billing issue".
Set "Other" in "I want to look up information related to", and fill out your details there, with the email and the payment method used.
If have any trouble opening a support ticket that way, let me know!
