Lost my Dropbox data after one of my email addresses has stopped
Hi,
So I have 2 Dropbox accounts.
1. Business Account (2TB), un der email address [Removed as per Community Guidelines]. This email address has stopped, So I cannot access thai DB account anymore and lost all my data. How can I get this data to my basic account and upgrade?
2. Basic Account (?GB), under email [Removed as per Community Guidelines]. Here I have some useless files. I rarely use this Account.
So merging of 2 account data and going back to professional accoutn of 3 to 5 TB.
Please help!!! I need my data.

Hi Ide Claessen Business, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you don't have access to your Dropbox account, then it wouldn't be possible to regain access to it without the email address. You can try to contact the support team directly to look into this matter in more detail by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.Currently, there isn't a method to merge two Dropbox accounts together.
