Message from Dropbox about completing date of birth by 1st September or lose Family Plan Access
I received the same email & have the same issue. I can't find where to update the DOB from! This truly frustrating for how much we pay for this service. Not to mention that we store important personal and business data on it.
DropBox team, please sort this out!

Hi there,
I received the invitation to join a family plan, I read it quickly and I entered wrong date, not my date of birth.
I use Dropbox for work so my account can't be deleted.
I want to be reach out via email since I haven't found a any solution to change the date

I mistakenly input the wrong age, as the result, it shows "You do not meet the minimum age requirement to use Dropbox Family."
how to proof of being of age > 16??

I tried to upgrade to a family plan and must have entered my date of birth wrong and it says i am not 16yrs of age or older and my account will be deactivated in 48hrs, i want to know how I can edit and verify my age so my account is not de activated
