The recovery time for deleted files is based on the plan you have. Basic (i.e. free), Plus and Family accounts include 30 days of recovery. Professional and Business accounts include 180 days.

Note that upgrading your account after a file has been deleted does not mean you can recover files that were deleted more than 30 days ago. It's already beyond the limit, so the files are already gone. The 180 day period only applies to files deleted after the upgrade is purchased.
