My account has multiple bills on it for the same day

I have one account I see multiple invoices and payments all on the same day for my ONE annual subscription is there a way to contact a human and get to the bottom of this?

    Are these multiple invoices alone, or multiple receipts (the latter meaning that payment was taken)?

     

    Were you charged multiple times according to your bank statement? You can also contact the support team directly for further assistance on this matter.

     

    Keep me updated with any progress.
