My upgrade didn't go through. How can I manually pay for my account?
A few days ago Dropbox was supposed to debit the monthly payment from my account, but this was not possible at the time because I did not have the money in it. How can I manually pay for my subscription, which will then automatically be deducted from my account?

If you've not yet been auto downgraded Jonathan 020 don't panic - it will try again in a few days 🙂

Hey Jonathan 020, if you're using more space that what's allowed for the free plan, you'll see that you'll start getting messages that syncing has stopped.
You can also keep an eye on the plan tab of your account settings; it will show you which plan you're on.

Have you tried clearing your cache? Using a different browser or an incognito window?
