Need to cancel free trial but Play Store doesn't allow me to
Hi.
I tried to cancel my free Dropbox Plus trial today which I will have to cancel before 30th March. However, it won't allow me to.
When I follow the directions/instructions and go into my Dropbox account and then in cancel subscription, it sends me to Google Play Store. However, in Google Play Store I get following message: 'We couldn't find your subscription. Make sure that you're signed in to the right account...' (which I am!!!).
I also checked the subscriptions in Google Play Store (again, it's the very same account as my Dropbox account as I created the account by using this Google account), however, this subscription does not show up there.
I really do not want to be charged for the subscription because I don't need it.
Please help!

Hey there SilviaKruse - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify what's shown in your plan tab at the moment and send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting too?

Thank you so much for getting back to me.
In my Plan, it says the following:
Dropbox Plus trialYour free trial of Dropbox Plus will end on March 30, 2024. If you don’t cancel your free trial by then, you will be billed for your Dropbox Plus subscription.Current planDropbox BasicWhen I am in the Dropbox app and click on 'how to cancel', and then on 'leave Plus', it redirects me to the Google Play Store where I get below message
