Need to stop charges that are happening monthly on PayPal. No longer have paid account
Hello,
I have been getting monthly charges from Paypal for drop box, However when I log on to my drop box account it shows I've been dropped back down to the free version. I didn't realize this was happening until recently and would like a refund for all months as it shows in Drop Box that I have no invoices or payments. Appreciate help with resolution.

Hi gmorris28, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
