paid for months but dropbox won't upgrade
Hi, I'm making this thread because I can't contact dropbox support and I'm not sure what to do. So the issue is that I've paid for 3 months of dropbox but dropbox still thinks I have a basic unpaid plan, and is telling me to upgrade to access my account. I pay through App store, and I have receipts and the money has been pulled from my account. The most frustrating thing is that I can't contact the support, because you have to have a paid plan to do so....
Would appreciate any help!

If you upgraded from the App Store, could you try restoring the purchases to see if this helps apply the purchase to your account?
