Paid for my Plus upgrade but the account didn't get upgraded
I bought the plus upgrade, but nothing changed. The money has been has been charged from my account though.

Hey Nick123, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
How did you upgrade the account? Directly through our website or from the Dropbox app on your phone, through iTunes/Google Play?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

I paid through the website. After I got a refund I tried again and now it worked. Thanks.
