Paid for plus for many years, Dropbox says I've a basic account.

I have been paying for a Plus account for years. Since March, Dropbox has indicated that I have a basic account and no longer uploads. What to do? I pay via iTunes (via paypal). There is no option to contact Dropbox directly..

    Hi MDAS2023, welcome to our Community!

     

    Is it possible that you upgraded a different account than the one you're looking at?

     

    After buying this subscription, did you perhaps receive a receipt from Apple confirming the purchase? 
     

    If you open the Dropbox app on your iPhone, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', does that help? This should activate your last upgrade.
