Paid for Plus Plan but Account Didn't Upgrade
Hi there. I resubsribed for my plus plan through Google recently but my account is still not upgraded. I looked around trying to submit a direct ticket to support but there wasn't any either. Any advice?

Hi DS Griff, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Google Play?
Is the email address on the Dropbox mobile app the same as the one you're logged into on the site now?
This will help me to assist further!

- DS Griff3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I received messages that my account has been charged from both Google and my bank. And yes, this is the same email as my Dropbox account
