Paid through PayPal, but my account wasn't upgraded
Two days ago I bought an upgrade, the payment went through PayPal and cleared at my bank. Now the new plan is not showing up.
I have an email from dropbox regarding the sale.who can I contact or does anyone know what I can or need to do?

Does that email address match the address on your existing Dropbox account? It's fairly common for someone to accidentally start a new account instead of upgrading their existing one.
