Payed for Dropbox not receive upgrade for 2 years

For 2 years I have been paying for Dropbox upgrade that I have not recieve via google play which is around $280. I didn’t realise because of my disability and I had also been paying for a working version through apple.
I am in Australia, I am not able to request a refund or get any help through google play or Dropbox and I’m freaking out and I don’t know what to do 😭😭😭

    Hi Kikumeri, I'm here to help! 

     

    It sounds like you have two different upgraded accounts. One that you upgraded with Apple, and one with Google Play. 

     

    As for your refund request, have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

     

    You can visit this Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

     

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
