Paying for Dropbox twice

I have discovered that I am paying for Dropbox both via App Store and PayPal and from I can tell I only have one email registered.. I have been emailing someone from Dropbox about this but they are not really giving me any solutions or info…

    I was able to locate it in our system and passed your comments on to the agent who's handling your case.
