Paying for plan but showing as free plan.
Hi there
I’ve started paying for the 9.99 plan with Dropbox as of November, not used it until now and it’s showing as the free plan … my most recent payment has just come out so I’m confused, any ideas? Does Dropbox not have a customer service team?
