Payment cancellation
I was using the free trial, but the trial period has expired and the payment was processed. Please cancel the payment.

Hi, Due to Dropbox's terms, in most cases, refunds are not issued. However, it's worth trying by contacting the Dropbox support team and submitting a new ticket. You can do this by accessing the following link while not signed into your account: Dropbox Support - Billing Issues.
