Plan Upgrade is failing due to captcha

I am trying to upgrade my plan, and after I enter credit card info it asks me to solve a puzzle.  Most of the attempts it says I am incorrect even though Im not.  Even when it tells me I have successfully solved the puzzle, it still wont confirm that I am a a human.

    Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

     

    Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

     

    This will help me to assist further!

      I had the same issue and had to go into incognito. Just thought you should be aware as I am sure there may be other customers experiencing issues on native browsers when trying to upgrade.
