Purchased a storage plan upgrade yet profile still says basic

I purchase the upgrade but it’s still saying I only have basic access 😕 payment when through.. also restoring purchases did not help solve this issue for me.

    Did you originally upgrade the plan via the Dropbox mobile app itself?

     

    Are you seeing any recent payments on your account here

    No I had to purchase it twice. Once from the mobile app via Apple Pay & then again via the website on pc. It only recognized my second payment and doesn’t show the first payment on my billing history.

    If you paid via the mobile app, you might've been able to restore the purchase using the steps in this link.

     

    As you've already upgraded via the Dropbox site, I'd recommend getting in contact with Apple to cancel and refund the last payment made through their service to your account.
