Quicken 5 GB storage disappeared mid-subscription
My Quicken subscription was renewed Nov. 2023 and my bonus 3 GB Dropbox storage was applied without a hitch. I received notice that my storage had run out of space and on Feb. 9th it was decreased to 2.25 GB. On Feb. 16, I chatted with Quicken and was given 7 unique codes to try to reestablish my Dropbox storage but had no success. They suggested I contact Dropbox. I chatted with Dropbox Sales and they had no ideas.
So here I am.

Hi anitambutler76, thanks for messaging the Community!
Could you attach a screenshot showing this page on your Dropbox account to confirm the dates you added the Quicken promotional offer?
This will help me to assist further!

Is that what you wanted?
In the past the Quicken promotional was applied when my subscription renewed, which was back in November. I do not have a memory of applying a code this time.

If you scroll down the referrals page, is there a section showing any quota earned from promotional offers?

But my free storage was connected to my Quicken Subscription.
