Refund of Unintended Dropbox Plus Annual Charge?
I received a notification via SNS from my credit card company informing me that I have been charged for the Dropbox Plus plan. I was not aware that I was still being charged annually and need a refund of US $119.88 (plus $5.99 VAT) which was charged from my credit card on Nov. 3. I no longer use this account and have unsubscribed immediately (my account has reverted from Plus to Basic) after receiving the notification. Please assist me in obtaining a refund. Thank you!

Hi davidhsu, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If your account has already been downgraded to a Basic plan, which it would only do at the end of the subscription, then it sounds like you might have received a refund.
Please could you check the payments page to see if this is the case.
