Signed up for a monthly trial but got charged

I just signed up for the 30 day free subscription and put my details in and it still charged me for the month. What do I do?

    You haven't clarified what you'd like to do in this case. Are you looking to cancel your subscription and get a refund perhaps or you had something else in mind?

     

    Did you try contacting our support team about this directly to sort it out with account specific information? 

     

    Let me know more and we'll take it from there, Marco.

    Hey Walter, I tried to contact support but it said my membership can’t access that. And yes I just canceled the membership and am looking for a refund.

    Same thing just happened to me and so I’m no longer interested in the service very poor first impression

    This just happened to me I’m very disappointed and it was a terrible impression of your upgraded services I’d like to cancel the upgrade and be refunded as soon as possible, I was not expecting an immediate withdrawal from an account I didn’t give the go ahead for withdrawing from. Please correct this
