Storage Space Problem on Business Advanced
In 2018, I purchased Dropbox's 3-user unlimited storage plan, paying $30 per month for each user. Now after uploading a total of 20TB data to three users, dropbox says to upgrade the plan. Now do not understand what this unlimited storage means? And what can I do right now where I have a lot of data to upload? ... Advance thanks to all.

The plans all changed recently with communications sent out to everybody that terms and conditions were changing.
See https://blog.dropbox.com/topics/product/updates-to-our-storage-policy-on-dropbox-advanced and https://www.dropbox.com/en_GB/business/plans-comparison.
To get more space you now need to buy additional licences.
For more info I suggest contacting Support in the New Year: www.dropbox.com/support.
