Subscription not showing in my account

Hi,

 

I have been paying for a subscription for a 6 months and it is not now showing in my account, keeps telling me I need to upgrade.  My payment is auto via Paypal.

 

How do I get a refund or the monies that I have paid, transferred into my account.

    Is it possible you have another email which could be associated to a Dropbox account?
