Support experience and rating not great.
Horrible experience with support from DB. If there was a medium for reviewing their ability, or inability to support customers, I would gladly give a zero rating for their service.

The experience stems from the inability to speak with a support person. As a DB customer for many years there have been few interactions with support, all of which via electronic communication. When the ability to receive support by email or chat, having the means of speaking with a person should be an option.
