The refund is in progress but has not been processed.

My Ticket Number is  #24302291. 

I received a response that "Within a few business days, you'll see the amount of the transaction credited to the payment method used to purchase the subscription." 

But the status says "Waiting" even though we waited for a month and couldn't get a refund.

Could you help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    Even after clearing the browser cache and refreshing, the issue still persists and shows as "in progress."

    Could you please check the email again?
