    Hey abovethelinefilms, thanks for posting on our Community!

     

    From what I gather, you're having an issue with cancelling a Dropbox subscription - is that correct?

     

    If that's the case, is it a subscription for an individual account or a team one? Did you upgrade from the website directly or through the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
