Trying to cancel subscription but no longer have email access
I am being charged recurring payments for a dropbox associated with a work email I no longer have access to.
It's from a few years ago so I can't provide the answers to the alternative verification questions, but obviously can confirm payment details.
Please can you assist me in cancelling this subscription.

How do pay? If its via Dropbox direct on the website you need to go to http://www.dropbox.com/get_help and log a ticket asking them to cancel it.
You can also use this to look the account up and log a ticket from there, if you pay via the website.
If you pay via an App Store you need to contact them direct.
