Unable to cancel my Dropbox Essentials plan
I am unable to cancel my Essentials Plan. I have deleted all my Dropbox files and still can't cancel my plan. There is no customer support and my plan is due to renew on Sunday 19th Jan. What can I do? Poor service Dropbox.

I have now spent 2 days trying to cancel my subscription to Dropbox and still am unable to do so. I have cleared out all my Dropbox files, and have tried to contact Dropbox numerous ways and no has been able to assist or tell me why I can’t cancel my plan. If I get charged tomorrow, I will demand a refund and you need to seriously look at your lack of customer service.

I have heard nothing today from any of the Dropbox agents. Please cancel my plan.

I have tried on my laptop & mobile and tried to contact the support team, by raising a ticket. I have 24 hours to get this issue resolved.
