Unable to find the email associated with my account
Hello, I cant seem to contact support directly - I am unable to find the email associated with my account, as there is a 11 digit reference on the bank statement and not a 12 digit number as requested by Dropbox.
How can I find out this information or contact support directly ? Attached is a screenshot of the statement - FYI

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Thank you ! I have now sent a request using the incognito through billing issues - with a request to find out what email is associated with the dropbox account, and its been 11 days with no response.
Im unable to find what im paying for - or more importantly use the service....
instead im now having to create more drop box accounts to do my work - because I cant log into the account im paying for.

Hi sacredowltours, do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team, so that I can locate it on the system?

Hello, Ive contact support a few times - on the last occasion it was incognito (not signed in) as instructed by the person on the community forum, I cant find a ticket number for this not signed in ticket. Ive had a look thorough my emails and Ive contact support 3 times, I have found a ticket number attached to one of the emails - see below
Ticket 22432197
In saying all this - the bank account statement was posted on the forum showing the transactions, I was hoping this would be enough with all my personal details also...

I can't find that ticket on the system. Could you try again using the steps that Rich posted to create another ticket, and let me know the ticket ID from the automated response?

Hi Jay, ive just gone through that process again, - there is no reference number at the end of the submission. The statement after submission is:
Thanks, we’ll be in touch
We’ll respond to your help request in 1–2 business days.

Also, there was no option to add a screenshot of the bank statement on this 'incognito' request - so ive pasted it below this text

Did you create a ticket under the same email address as the one you use on the forum?

Hi Jay, I logged in without an email address (incognito) - within the ticket request, I used the email [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

I still can't find that ticket in the system. In order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
