Unable to Get family account access
As a family, we have the family account, but I am unable to Get access when my husband sende me link by email to join. Does anyone know how til fix this?

Did you receive the invitation email but are unable to log in, or did you not receive it at all?

- InasorExplorer | Level 3Hi and thanks for respond. I got the link, but it won’t upgrade: i have also tried to check my plan in the app. I have basic, but my plan is over Storage limit at the moment as i don’t have access to the family plan. No the link is just sending me Off to an error page.

Try a different browser or device to accept the invitation. If the issue persists then ask your husband to send you a new invitation. This will generate a fresh link, and you can try accepting it again.
