Upgrade error, it says I'm already upgraded

I just got Dropbox and was trying to upgrade to Dropbox plus, I did everything for an upgrade but it still says Dropbox basic and when I click upgrade details it says “I’m already subscribed” and then I click okay and a box pops up that says “Upgrade Failed” but it already billed me and is on my subscriptions?

    Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

    According to your card statement, do you see any charges from Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

    This will help me to assist further!

      I have been charged as well but upgrade say failed! Charged 12.98 out of my bank account but still can’t upgrade it. I’m not sure if it’s because I have a lot of photos ready to be sync or what please help!
