I was sent a shared file. I was told I didn’t have enough storage. I upgraded. Went through fine with Apple but I get an error message telling me to contact Dropbox support, which you do not make easy at all and since I’m not a business admin my troubles are second class? What a load of nonsense. If I don’t hear back in 24 hours from a real person I’m just going to move to google drive and be done with it.

First, open the Dropbox app on your device, go into Preferences and try to Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, contact Support. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hi Rakheelaloobhai, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox mobile app on your iOS device, or via the Dropbox site directly?
This will help me to assist further!

Hey Rakheelaloobhai, thanks for letting us know.
If the payment went through and you have the purchase receipt email from Apple, can we reach out to you via email, to look into this further?

Hi burak45! I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve removed the email address showing on your last screenshot, so that it’s not publicly visible.
Can you please compare that email address with the email showing in your Dropbox app settings and let me know if they’re the same? Please don’t post them on the forum; we just want to make sure you have not been billed for a different Dropbox account.
