Upgrade Failed
Upgrade Failed - tried to restore purchases and this appears “ unable to restore purchases. The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLEErrordomain error 409.)”

I was sent a shared file. I was told I didn’t have enough storage. I upgraded. Went through fine with Apple but I get an error message telling me to contact Dropbox support, which you do not make easy at all and since I’m not a business admin my troubles are second class? What a load of nonsense. If I don’t hear back in 24 hours from a real person I’m just going to move to google drive and be done with it.

First, open the Dropbox app on your device, go into Preferences and try to Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, contact Support. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
