Upgrade plan not reflected

Hi, I upgraded my account to dropbox PLUS since 20 November 2022 and already made a payment and the subscription plan is shown in my apple id's subscriptions page. However, my account still limit to only 2gb for uploading file. I tried to delete the dropbox app and re-install it again on my iphone, access the dropbox's website via PC and even tried to restoring my purchase via dropbox app but it still cannot be upgraded.

 

I also tried choosing for another upgrade plan but it said on the app that the new update plan will start after 20 December 2020 which is after the end of my existing PLUS plan. However, this PLUS plan i already paid for is not even reflected to my account.

    Can you please try restoring your purchases as outlined here and let us know how it goes?

     

    If the issue persists, would it be OK with you if we reach out via email to investigate further?

    I have the same issue. Upgraded via Apple Store from Dropbox Plus to Family and it still shows my DropBox plus subscription. I did receive the Apple payment receipt but can’t invite family members or even see the change in Plan in the app. Under my AppleID’s subscription the Family plan shows though as subscribed for a year

    Have you tried to restore your purchase as outlined in this article?

    Hi Megan, I did try to restore the subscription as per the link. It didn’t change the outcome unfortunately. If we can switch to email that be great
