Upgrade to Dropbox Plus

I received an email offering me a 50% reduction to upgrade to Dropbox Plus.  The wording was "This offer must be redeemed by December 31, 2022."  I therefore assumed today (31st) was the last day but apparently not!  When I went on to upgrade it showed at the full price.  Been trying to contact Customer Service but noone answering on Chat.  Was I wrong to assume this?!

    If its not letting you do it I'd assume its now expired and it was to be done by (i.e. before) the 31st. 

     

    Support wont be available now as its a weekend I'm afraid and chat etc. is only for current paying users.

      Thanks!  I feel it was a bit ambiguous and they have now lost a new customer as will go with Google one instead!

    Yes, I was very annoyed by this too. My interpretation of "This offer must be redeemed by December 31, 2022" was by close of business on that day rather than the day before. Very misleading!! Oh well, Dropbox's loss, will just have to continue with a Google One plan for another year...

      My thoughts exactly!  Will resort to Google One instead!
