Upgraded for free trial, but I've been charged for 19.90euros and the plan doesn't even upgraded
Hi,
So I've been upgraded for free plus trial, but I've been charged for 19.90euros and the plan doesn't even upgraded. Please refund me the amount you charged by mistake. I can't reach dropbox support any other way.

Did you upgrade to the trial from the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?
