Upgraded to PLUS and Dropbox charged my card twice, and still haven't given me the upgrade?
Kathy Kay from DB says my transaction # isn't long enough, but I didn't issue the transaction # dropbox did when they charged me twice to upgrade to PLUS, I still haven't received a refund or an upgrade.
