Upgrading did not work but money was drawn from my back account.
Hi!
I upgraded and paid for plus but my account still is in basic mode. The money has been drawn from my account and I cant restore the purchase because there is nothing under my account. And since you cant call the support and the bot is annoying as hell I wonder if anyone have had the same problem?

In that case, could you try our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your charge joajoa?
Is it an exact match with the one you see in your account's settings online?
