Upgrading Subscription

I live in Nigeria. I have used Dropbox for more than 10 years. Currently, my subscription expired and I need to renew but my bank is refusing my subscription saying the foreign allocation is regulated. They want me to supply Dropbox's bank details so the bank can pay them through transfers instead of using the MasterCard.

The next challenge is to get someone to talk to in Dropbox. Help me get Dropbox to give me their account details so my foreign exchange account can be debited directly to pay for my subscription.

Let Dropbox talk to me through or write me via [removed per Community Guidelines]

My goal is to PAY.

The option to pay for Dropbox subscriptions via bank transfer is currently only available to Business teams.

Have you tried to upgrade your Dropbox account via the App Store/Play Store, and you’re still having an issue? If you own a PayPal account, you can also attempt to pay with it, and see if that works.

Let me know how that goes.

Thank you Nancy for attempting to assist. I do not have a PayPal account. With the Central Bank of Nigeria financial instructions to banks, the same restrictions will likely play out. Please how will upgrading via Play Store work? I am quite eager to pay please.

Hi okechukwuchukwuemeka, you can add a card to Google Play, and then upgrade your account from within the Dropbox mobile app.

The PlayStore option worked. I have upgraded effortlessly. Many thanks to the Community.
