Used Google Pay to upgrade account, charged, but did not upgrade
I recently tried to upgrade my Dropbox plan to accommodate sharing large files. I used google pay to run through the purchase, I was charged yet the account has not reflected the change and I cannot...

3 years agoHi there motofilm, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox accounts, associated with different email addresses?
Also, note that you can reach out to our support team for further assistance through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
If you end up doing this and get a ticket ID from our system, feel free to share it with us so that we can look into it as well.

Thank you for sending me the link, it ends up giving me the option to cancel the subscription through google. I would need to deal with google then to get my money refunded and really all I want is the subscription to work on dropbox.
