W9 form

Need an updated W9 form (within last year) in order to purchase subscription. Entering a help ticket proved to be less than helpful!

Thanks Rich! But this W9 is actually dated 01/2023 and is considered out of date according to our policy

W-9 forms don't expire. They only need to be updated when the information on them has changed.

I understand that but unfortunately when setting up a new vendor our comptrollers office only accepts W9 forms dated within the last 12 months

You can try and contact Business Sales via www.dropbox.com/business BUT they may not be able to alter anything
