WANT TO DELETE MY DROPBOY MEMBERSHIP
Hello,
I've been trying for ages to cancel my Dropbox membership. The email address associated with my account has been hacked.
I can only contact live support if I have an account with premium status.
On January 30th, the money for the annual subscription will be deducted again.
The email address linked to my PayPal account, through which the transaction is made, keeps instructing me to contact support.
How on earth can I reach this support and finally close this account that I haven't used for years and cancel the membership?

Hi Lukas2024, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Keep me updated with any progress!

Make sure you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums. Use an incognito/private browsing session to ensure you're not signed in.

So, to which email address will I receive the ticket number and the response? I can only enter the email address for which the ticket is intended in the field. However, since this email address is blocked, should I enter the one on which I expect the response?
Because otherwise, I used to enter the blocked one in the field and put the one on which I would like to receive the response in the message field.
