We are charged by Dropbox and would like an invoice

I have reached out three times now. We were charged on June 7, 2023 $576.65 by Dropbox. I am trying to understand the amount and would like an invoice. What period of time?  I do not like that I have ben unable to reach someone directly or get my inquiries

    Hey WMC-Karla, thanks for joining our Community.

     

    This sounds like a charge for a Dropbox Business plan.

     

    If you don't know which account it's for, I would suggest using our payment lookup tool; it will let you know the email address associated with the payment.

     

    That way, you can sign in and access the invoice for the payment directly.

    Thanks I found it under the look up tool, but the links to the invoice and receipt are not working. I would like to see previous charges from previous years as well.

    I would suggest actually reaching out to our support team directly about this.

     

    To do so, open a private browsing/incognito window, go to this page, scroll a bit and click on "need help with a billing issue?" and submit your help request.

     

    Once you do so, please send us the ticket number, so we can look it up in our system!
