With only 8.8GB of data you would be able to use any of the paid plans. Which is best for your needs is really up to you. I'd suggest looking at the plan comparisons to see which has the added features that you'll need and decide from there.
Keep in mind that if you're sharing with other people and intend for them to access more than 2GB of data, they'll need an upgraded account as well unless you're all part of the same Family or Business account.
