When will the refund be made?
Hello, I requested a refund 7 days ago. I was told that the refund would be made to my account within 3-5 business days. No refund was given. I contacted my bank and they said drobbox has not requested a refund yet. please come back to me. Goodnight
Hello Walter, I contacted the Drobbox team but the refund has still not been issued.

Hey sarisahinmustafa - sorry to jump in and thanks for the ticket number.
I was able to locate it in our system and I can see that the agent who handled your case has processed the refund normally.
This would usually take up to 5 business days to reach you, but if it hasn't yet, I'd suggest reaching out to your bank for further information or reply to the member of the team who handled your case through your ticket for further assistance, if needed.

Hello Walter, thank you, it has been 5 business days, but I learned from my bank that drobbox has not initiated a transaction to return the money to my account. what do we need to do.

Do you think it's too much trouble to contact your bank again, and let them know about that?
