Hi WDUK, in this instance, it would be best for the family manager to check the payment information on the site, and to contact the support team if need be to investigate this in more detail.

Can you please clarify if you're a simple member or the manager of the family plan? If your partner is the manager of the family account and paying for the subscription, can you ask them to contact our support team if they keep seeing that banner?

I am a simple member of the family plan. My partner is the manager of the family account but they do not see the banner, it is only me.

Yes, the family plan is working and is being charged successfully. Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume it's a bug/error and that none of my data will be lost.
