Changed account name but still emailing clients with old information

Hello. We had an account for an old employee. When she left we changed the Dropbox acvoi t to open under a new name and email.
When using this account though it s send documents with the old information. But to log in I use the new correct information. Any fix or tips?

      Hi Jay

      When a contract is sent. The receiver of the email shows the from name and email as the previous employees information. Not the updated name and email.

      Ie. Account was under xxx with email as [Removed as per Community Guidelines].
      Dropbox account was changed to be zzz with email [Removed as per Community Guidelines]. Update confirmed and still shows in the profile.
      But doc signs still emailing to singers as xxx from [Removed as per Community Guidelines].
