For whatever reason then the machine at home isnt syncing with Dropbox - you'll need access to that machine to work out why. Usually its because its not running.

Do the files appear online at www.dropbox.com/home or not?
If not it sounds like Dropbox on that machine isnt running for some reason OR you are out of space (www.dropbox.com/account/plan). Without access to your other PC there isnt much you can do

They are available, however they were updated yesterday when they actually were last updated on January 31.
